Kim is involved in many different activities.  She takes gymnastic lessons. She is in 4-H where she takes cats, birds, dogs, llamas and photography as projects. She was in track last year and she enjoys being outside, collecting feathers, rocks, sticks and bugs.

She has a few friends, but has a difficult time relating in a group. When kids make a conscious effort to include her, she does participate, but usually does not interact well in groups.

If she has friends over who stay overnight for one or two nights, there will be a point where Kim will go outside or down into the basement, just to be alone for a while.

She attends many llama shows during the spring and summer. She has made a great deal of progress showing her llamas over the past three years, but still has a difficult time concentrating on the llama and the judge at the same time. She gets confused on the obstacle course, but has placed over typical kids a few times.
